East End Health Network 2 provides the following care services for NHS Health Checks for 40 to 74 year old patients once every 5 years:

• First health check
• Cardiovascular Disease Annual Reviews
• Pulse Regularity Check

We have a dedicated administration team that contact patients from all of our practices to book appointments and offer help and advice. EEHN also organises events throughout the year to improve public awareness and how to have a healthier lifestyle.
