Same Day Access

Our Same Day Access (SDA) is here to ensure that you can get the care you need when it matters most.

We understand that accessing healthcare quickly can sometimes be challenging. That's why we've launched the Same Day Access (SDA) program to ensure that you get the care you need without unnecessary delays.

The SDA is available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm, and is designed to work seamlessly with NHS 111 and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs).

If your condition is something that can be better addressed by your local GP, we'll redirect your call or visit directly to one of our local network practices - making it easier and faster for you to receive care from familiar healthcare providers.

If you would like to get in touch with the service

The easiest way to get in touch is through your registered practice. See our practices page for details

Phone lines are open during service operating hours.

Alternatively, if you would like to contact the service team directly- please telephone: 0203 333 555583 and select Option 3.

You can also use the contact us page to submit a query via the online form

To further improve your healthcare experience, we're increasing our clinical capacity to help manage daily patient needs more effectively. By doing so, we can reduce the need for repeat visits and offer more consistent care.

This service is available across two of our Primary Care Networks – PCN 2, PCN 9 & PCN 1 – and operates from three convenient hubs: Spitalfields Practice, Cable Street Practice and the Suttons Wharf Practice. These hubs alternate shifts and days, so you can access care throughout the week, no matter when you need it.

Our dedicated team, including a care coordinator, service manager, administrator, and clinical lead, is here to provide you with coordinated, high-quality care at every visit. Whether you're dealing with an ongoing issue or need assistance on the same day, we're here to support you.

With the Same Day Access, we're making healthcare more accessible and efficient, so you can get the care you need, when you need it.
